Dr. MamRash joined VANEST on December 24th, 2018 after being interviewed by the company's founder and CEO, Dr. Jegr Darbandi. During his time at VANEST, the company was involved in multiple projects, dentist training, and conferences. Dr. MamRash was responsible for digital and traditional marketing for these projects, as well as creating graphic designs such as posters, flyers, brochures, and booklets. He also created videos and motion graphics. Whenever VANEST had multiple projects at different locations, Dr. MamRash would assist with logistics and attend each project site as needed.

After five months, Dr. MamRash left VANEST to focus on his final exams at medical school and to participate in the IYLEP program in the United States.

In January 2021, Dr. Jegr Darbandi was preparing to open VANEST Dental Care Center, one of the biggest dental care centers in the Middle East, and Dr. MamRash rejoined the company as the marketing manager, graphic designer, video maker/editor, and managed the network systems, clinic's software system, and accounting system for the center. He also handled event management and marketing for the projects of VANEST Dental and Medical Ltd.

Dr. MamRash and Dr. Jegr Darbandi worked tirelessly for the first three months, often working more than 16 hours a day to ensure that the center would open as soon as possible. In March 2021, the center opened and everything went smoothly with continuous digital and traditional marketing activities.

From April to July, Dr. MamRash and Dr. Jegr Darbandi organized two events in Dubai, the "Style Italiano Endodontics Congress 2021" and the "Soft and Hard Tissue Augmentation Course" in different locations. Dr. MamRash served as one of the organizers for these events.

After one year and eight months, Dr. MamRash left VANEST in August 2022 to begin his medical residency program.
